Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of artistic handicrafts through iznstuff.interzona.it. By placing an order, the user acknowledges and accepts the unique and artistic nature of the products.

2. Unique, Non-Repeatable Pieces

Every creation on iznstuff is an individual work of art. All products are unique pieces and cannot be replicated. * Catalog images represent the specific work, although slight variations in color perception may occur due to digital displays.

  • Once sold, a piece cannot be mass-produced or exactly duplicated. Any similar future works will inherently possess distinct characteristics that maintain their uniqueness.

  • Minor irregularities or manual crafting marks are not defects; they are evidence of the work’s original and unique handmade nature.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euro (€). Payment is made exclusively via PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after the transaction is complete.

4. Shipping and Local Pickup

  • Shipping within Italy: Shipping is always free exclusively for orders delivered within the Italian territory.

  • International Shipping: Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of Italy. For international orders, customers must arrange shipping costs and methods by contacting us in advance via WhatsApp.

  • Local Pickup: You may choose to collect the artwork in person. In this case, variable discounts on the final price are available depending on the specific product. Please contact us via the WhatsApp link above before completing your purchase to receive a dedicated discount code or to agree on the reduced price.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Note: Due to the “unique piece” nature of the items, returned artworks will be made available in the catalog again as single specimens.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Italian law.
