Description
Wearable talisman, created in August 2025. Vintage wooden spool, fabric strip from a family trousseau, hand embroidery, silver “angel caller” sphere, and a red Murano glass horn. Housed in an embroidered pouch that can be personalized with the name of its keeper.
The spool holds within itself slowness, memory, and ancestral identity: its circular form, the repeated gesture, the wood as vital energy from the tree it came from. On the strip of fabric—cut from a family heirloom pillowcase—words and symbols intertwine. The embroidered phrase reminds us that courage dissolves the illusion of fear. The six-legged salamander, a creature said to live within flames, represents resilience against harm, constancy, purification, and rebirth. A mythical figure of ashes and alchemy, it is the phoenix of our tradition.
Suspended beneath the spool, a silver “angel caller” sphere resounds with protective blessing, spreading harmony and warding off negative energies. On the pouch that guards the talisman, a small red horn entwines folk fortune and artisanal memory.
Every element is unique and unrepeatable: ribbons, fabrics, embroidery, and glass are chosen for their tactile strength and symbolic depth. The assemblage respects the soul of the materials, letting them tell their own story.
The talisman is shipped in custom, plastic-free packaging, protected with natural materials. It can be purchased with or without the personalized pouch. Best kept in a dry place, away from direct light and humidity.
