Description

Made in July 2025, this pillowcase is hand-sewn and hand-embroidered on the front with vintage cotton thread, crafted from an antique linen shroud belonging to a family trousseau (approx. 53×60 cm).
The embroidery emerges from a slow, intuitive gesture — an inner map traced with closed eyes, telling of a dream, a thought, or a fragment of identity.

Nest Geographies is a series of poetic textiles for the home. Each pillowcase is an autobiographical fragment holding traces of affection, daily rituals, and breaths of the past. Every piece is unique, unrepeatable, deeply personal. The idea behind the series is to inhabit the domestic space as if it were an extension of the soul: an intimate place built over time, made of layers, voices, and memories. Each stitch is a gesture shaping and preserving an unrepeatable emotional landscape.

The materials are carefully selected: vintage or natural threads, linen and cotton recovered from old trousseaus and garments. Each element is chosen for its tactile and narrative qualities, and sewn in a way that preserves its connection to its earlier story.

The pillowcase can be machine-washed at 40°C with natural detergent, without fabric softener. Air dry away from direct sunlight. For ironing, place a cotton cloth between iron and fabric, and iron inside out.

Insert not included. Closure with metal snaps. Each piece is shipped in custom plastic-free packaging made from natural materials.
